Sweet Berries, Country Sunshine & Farmstead Memories

Fresh from the vine. Sweet from the garden. Grown with care.

At Robin’s Nest on Cadron Creek, we’re growing something sweet!

Nestled in the beautiful Arkansas countryside near Heber Springs, our farm is developing berry patches where fresh fruit, peaceful surroundings, and the simple pleasures of country living come together.

Imagine spending a sunny morning gathering ripe strawberries, enjoying the beauty of a flourishing berry patch, and taking home delicious fruit you’ve picked yourself.

Our vision is to create a welcoming U-Pick berry experience where families, friends, and visitors can connect with nature and discover the satisfaction of harvesting fresh fruit.

Our U-Pick Berry Patch is coming soon!

Our Growing Berry Patch

A Little Patch of Country Sweetness

There’s something special about fruit grown close to home.

From the first blossoms of spring to the excitement of seeing berries begin to ripen, growing fruit is a rewarding part of farmstead life.

We’re developing berry-growing areas with a focus on varieties suited to our Arkansas climate.

As our plantings become established, we look forward to sharing their progress, seasonal harvests, and future opportunities for visitors to enjoy fresh berries.

Our Strawberry Patch

Sweet, Juicy & Full of Flavor

Few things say springtime quite like fresh strawberries!

Strawberries are among the most beloved berries for home gardens and U-Pick farms.

Their bright red color, sweet fragrance, and delicious flavor make them a favorite for visitors of all ages.

Our planned strawberry patch will be an important part of our growing farmstead.

We’re excited to explore varieties suited to Arkansas growing conditions and develop a productive berry-growing area.

As our plants become established, we’ll share updates about their growth, flowering, and future harvests.

Our Blueberry Patch

Little Blue Berries, Big Country Flavor

Blueberries are another wonderful addition we’re considering for our farm.

Known for their beautiful spring blossoms, delicious summer fruit, and colorful autumn foliage, blueberry bushes offer beauty throughout much of the growing season.

These perennial shrubs can produce fruit for many years when grown in suitable soil and properly maintained.

We’re exploring blueberry varieties and growing conditions to determine the best approach for our farmstead.

If blueberries become part of our U-Pick offerings, we’ll announce varieties, harvest dates, and picking opportunities as the plants mature.

What Makes Fresh Farm Berries Special?

Picked at Their Best

Strawberries and blueberries can be enjoyed in countless ways, including:

  • Fresh fruit bowls and snacks

  • Frozen berries for later enjoyment

There’s something especially satisfying about preparing a favorite recipe with fruit you’ve harvested yourself.

Growing with the Seasons

Every Harvest Begins with Patience

Berry growing is a seasonal process, and every stage brings something to look forward to.

Late Winter & Spring bring soil preparation, plant growth, blossoms, and the beginning of strawberry season.

Late Spring & Summer may bring strawberry harvests and, if established, blueberry harvest opportunities.

Autumn is a time for plant care, soil management, and preparation for future growing seasons.

Winter provides an opportunity to plan, maintain plantings, and prepare for another year.

Harvest timing will depend on the varieties planted, weather conditions, and plant maturity.

A Family-Friendly Farm Experience

Fresh Air, Fresh Fruit & Country Fun

Berry picking can be a wonderful activity for families and visitors who enjoy spending time outdoors.

Our vision is to provide a welcoming atmosphere where guests can slow down, appreciate nature, and enjoy the rewards of seasonal agriculture.

As our berry patches develop, we’ll explore ways to make future picking experiences enjoyable and educational.

All activities will be subject to seasonal availability and farm guidelines.
