The Stay
- Does the yurt have AC/heat? Yes, the yurts are heated and cooled.
- Is there WiFi? Yes, WiFi is available on the grounds.
- Is parking available? Yes, parking is just steps away from the yurts.
- Is the yurt private? Yes, however there are 2 separate yurts that could be booked concurrently.
Farm Questions
- Can guests interact with animals? Yes, we just request supervision when gates are being opened.
- What animals live on the farm? Nigerian Dwarf goats, miniature horses, a German Short-haired Pointer, a Golden Retriever, and a big, fat gray cat.
- Are children welcome? Yes, children are encouraged! 🙂
Creek & Outdoor Questions
- Can guests fish? Yes, however if fish are not going to be consumed for food, please release them.
- Is kayaking nearby? Yes, kayak and canoe rentals are available on the grounds.
- Are campfires allowed? Yes, if White County is not under a burn ban at time of visit.

- What is the Cancellation Policy?
Standard Policy:
Full Refund
Guests receive a full refund if they cancel:
- 7 days or more before check-in
Partial Refund
Guests receive a 50% refund if they cancel:
- 3-6 days before check-in
No Refund
No refund for cancellations:
- within 72 hours of check-in
- early departures
- no-shows
Weather Policy
Because your experience involves:

Severe weather-related cancellations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling Option
One complimentary reschedule within 6 months when notice is given at least 72 hours before check-in.
